7th Grade: Today in class you will be continuing to work on your websites. At this point you should have your homepage completed including the copyright information at the bottom underneath the horizontal rule. If you want to make sure you have everything, check your source code by using my index.txt file in the handouts folder. After you have completed your index (homepage) and the links work for all three of your buttons it's time to move on to the next page. You will need to create three new HTML pages called contactus.html, aboutus.html, and faq.html. If you forget how to create a new HTML page there is a YouTube video on our class channel. Next, there is a new assignment in the handouts folder for the About Us page. There are YouTube videos on how to get a new HTML page started and also how to put a Google Map on your website.
8th Grade: Now that we have taken a look at several digital stories it's time to review what each story should include. Before you do anything else today, take a look at this list of characteristics for an effective digital story.
