6th: Today in class we will be finishing up the performance based CFA for MS Excel. The sample data and chart sheet is up on the front table. If you are finished with the CFA you can try this assignment.
7th: At this point, everyone should be either finished with the About Us page Assignment or finishing it up today. The next assignment for your website is to complete the contact us page. On this page you will need to create a web form. I've included links if you want to try it but if you are struggling...I will be demonstrating how to create a form in class on Wednesday.
8th: Now that your video tutorial is complete we are going to be sharing them with their intended viewers. This will be a homework assignment for your parents, brother, sister, etc. For Wednesday's class you will need to show the tutorial to the intended viewer and then have them fill out this form. The easiest way to share the video will be to log in to your screencast-o-matic account at home and have them watch it from there. Otherwise, you can e-mail them the link to the video.
In class today we are going to explore some online image editing software called Picnik. You will need to create an account on picnik in order to save your work. Your assignment today is to import a picture into Picnik and test out the editing tools that are available. Do not spend too much time using one tool....explore! Before you leave today, you need to save your practice photo into the v drive. We will be completing an assignment using this program next week and it is important that you are familiar with its use.
