Welcome back!!! I hope you had a restful break. We are nearing the midway point of the marking period and for some of you it is time to step it up a notch and get going.

6th: We will begin class by reviewing the test that you took before break. Green team your tests are in the get your graded work here folder and Purple team I will be handing you back a paper copy. I was disappointed with some of the scores and it was obvious to me that some of you did not study, on the other hand there were some very good scores as well. After we go over the test, I am going to talk with you a little about our first project which will be to create a children's story. We are going to use Inspiration to outline the story in class today.

7th: Some of you are behind and need to begin today by gathering information about the four different iPods. Those of you who have handed in your webs will begin with the PowerPoint. To start class we will all go over the PowerPoint assignment and the rubric which accompanies it. Over the course of the week, I am going to show you how to use some of the effects in PowerPoint effectively. The days of crazy animations and mismatched colors are no longer acceptable.

8th: When we last met we talked about the Scratch animation that would greet your website visitors. To start class today I want to show you some examples of student made animations and go over the rubric that will guide your work. Today you will begin this animation (due by the end of class Friday). I would also like you to hand in a MS Word document describing your idea for your animation by the end of class Wednesday. Don't sell yourself short...use your time wisely and design something that you will be proud to call your work.
